If you’re interested in making a same-day appointment with Dr. Fana, then we strongly recommend giving our team a call. Although we normally book appointments weeks or months in advance, we do our best to make accommodations for patients who have sustained a serious dental injury, like a knocked-out tooth.
Note: if for any reason you can’t get on the phone, you can also submit a contact form on our website. We will do our best to get back to you ASAP.
Although the average cost in the United States is between $200 and $350, there are several factors that will influence the price you pay. For example, our team at Compass Dental is in-network with the majority of PPO dental insurance plans, which means 100% of the cost of preventive care may be covered by your provider. As always, if you have a question about the price of your treatment, we recommend talking to our team directly. That way, we can give you an accurate answer and review all of the financial solutions available to you.
Dental emergencies can be overwhelming at times, especially if you aren’t sure where to turn to for help. A good way to determine the answer is by assessing the damage. Are you experiencing any potentially life-threatening symptoms, such as difficulty breathing or trouble swallowing? If the answer is “yes,” then head to the ER. If the answer is “no,” then call our team. From there, we can schedule a time for you to come in and give you instructions on how to handle your dental injury until you arrive.
Unfortunately, many patients forgo essential dental care because they are worried that the price will be too expensive. However, this will only result in more costly care, which perpetuates the misconception that dentistry isn’t affordable.
Fortunately, our team at Compass Dental offers several financial solutions, from dental insurance and our Dental Wellness Plan to CareCredit financing. That’s why we encourage our patients to talk to our team about all of the options available to them. This will ensure we can help you get the treatment you need at a price you can afford.
As you may know, becoming a dentist requires years of schooling and countless hours of continuing education. Dr. Fana, for example, earned his undergraduate degree at Florida State University and his dental degree from the University of Louisville before completing a residency in general dentistry at the University Medical Center in Jacksonville, FL. That’s not all – he also spent an additional year working with talented physicians and surgeons to further hone his craft. Now, he has more than 20 years of experience helping patients smile, and he’s continued to pursue additional training throughout that time. In fact, he’s studied at some of the most prestigious institutions, including the L.D. Pankey Institute!
